After Thursday training I was able to have a catchup with George Littlechild (Head coach). With us over the half way point of the season it was a great oppurtunity to discuss improvement on the pitch since the beginning of the season, the hard work off the pitch to deliver that as well as look ahead for the rest of the league season and the Papa Johns Cup. While a longer watch it provides an insight into how the Performance team is working and where there targets are aimed for the future. #COYB #BeesRugby #BeePartoftheJourney
